Tire Rebate Calculator: Estimate What a Set Costs After a Rebate
Last updated
Enter the price you were quoted and the rebate you expect. The calculator shows what you pay at the store, what comes back later and the net cost per tire. It runs in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to us.
- You pay at the store
- Rebate back later
- Net cost after the rebate
- Net cost per tire
- Rebate as a share of the tire price
Most rebates need a set of four tires on one invoice. Check the official terms before you count on this one.
An estimate only. Sales tax here is figured on the full price before the rebate, because a mail-in rebate arrives after you pay. Your state or store may handle it differently. The official terms decide what you get.
What the calculator leaves out
- A mail-in or online rebate is paid weeks after you buy, usually as a prepaid card, and only if the claim is approved.
- Instant savings come off at the register. If your offer is instant, enter the lower price per tire and leave the rebate blank.
- Store credit card bonuses are not included. Add one to the rebate amount only if you will pay with that card.
