How to Check a Tire Rebate Status: Official Trackers for 12 Brands
By Dave. Last updated Oct 17, 2026. Program details were checked against the official pages linked below on Oct 17, 2026.
Filed a tire rebate and haven't heard back? Every brand below has an official page where you can look up a claim. This guide lists that page, what you need to find your claim, the processing time the official terms state, and who to contact. We only list trackers we could open on the official site, and we leave out anything the official pages don't say.
Before you look up a claim, find the confirmation email you got when you filed. It usually has the claim or submission number, and the email address you used is often part of the lookup.

If your rebate is late or denied
- Check the tracker first. Compare the time since you filed with the processing time above. Bridgestone, for example, says to check after 4 weeks.
- Look for an email. Bridgestone says it emails you if a claim is rejected, and Michelin and BFGoodrich say you'll get an email explaining the reason. Check your spam folder.
- Fix and resubmit if the program allows it. Michelin's and BFGoodrich's FAQs say you may resubmit with corrected information if you're still eligible. The Tire Pros site has a Re-Submit button for incomplete claims.
- Call with your claim number ready. Use the number listed for your brand above.
- Know that many decisions are final. Bridgestone, General, Kumho and Michelin all say their decisions on a claim are final, so getting the paperwork right the first time matters most.
The most common reasons claims fail (wrong store, wrong dates, missing invoice details) are covered in why tire rebates get denied, and our fine print study shows how often each condition appears in the terms.
Once the card arrives
Most tire rebates pay a prepaid card that expires, often about six months after it's issued. Bridgestone also gives you 90 days from the approval email to choose a physical or digital card. Spend the balance reasonably soon.
What we couldn't confirm
- Hankook's rebate site shows a claim-status login and its FAQ, but we didn't find a phone number on the pages we could read.
- The Toyo form from Tire Pros doesn't state a processing time.
- The Continental and Yokohama offers we list in the US run through Big 3 Tire, so we list Big 3 Tire's tracker. If you filed a different Continental or Yokohama rebate, use the site named on that offer's form.
Common questions
Where do I check my tire rebate status?
On the brand's official rebate site. For example: Goodyear at goodyearrebates.com/existing, Michelin at michelin.tirerewardcenter.com/track-claim, and Bridgestone at bridgestonerewards.com/TrackReward. This page lists the official tracker for all 12 brands we cover.
What do I need to look up a tire rebate?
Usually the claim or submission number from your confirmation email, plus the email address you used. Bridgestone and Firestone also let you search by name, purchase date and postal code. Kumho and Hankook ask you to log in to the account you created.
How long does a tire rebate take?
It depends on the brand. Stated times include 4 to 8 weeks for Bridgestone approval, 6 to 8 weeks for Goodyear, Cooper and Kumho, 4 to 6 weeks for a mailed Michelin card, and 8 to 12 weeks for General. Check your offer's own terms.
What should I do if my tire rebate is denied?
Read the denial email or check the tracker for the reason, fix and resubmit if the program allows it, and call the rebate center with your claim number. Several brands say their decisions are final, so file carefully and early.
